It enables identification of a group of improperly labeled patch cables quickly and effortlessly. Unlike other similar testers, the advanced concept and design of the TS-CTK-PR08-25 allow a single technician to organize the entire wiring closet in a very short time. The TS-CTK-PR-08-25 include 25 individually identified terminators, with its own built-in LED, will light up to give a positive visual indication when activated by the Reader. Each terminator is also built with its unique ID bits (indicated as 1 to 25 on the Reader) to help technicians quickly and correctly identify the cable or port they are currently testing. Requires one 9-Volt battery to operate.

The test function include: loop-back, continuity, open, shorts, miss-wire and pin-to-pin configuration. The TS-CTK-MNCT-RJT is capable of generating a low emission frequency “tone”. When coupled with a compatible tone tracer, like the one below, can allow a technician to quickly isolate and locate the cable being tested. Everything comes packaged in a convenient carrying pouch (require a 9V battery to operate).

Main FeaturesThis universal tester is ideal for testing 10Base-T, 100Base-T, BNC Thinnet and Thicknet premise wiring as well as voice grade wire installations up to four pairs. It scans for continuity, open, short as well as reversal and crossed wiring. The TS-CTK-MNCT-RJ comes in a compact two piece design. The main unit can be used as a cable loop-back to test the wiring and crimp integrity before cables are installed. The remote terminator can be used to test the existing cable installations. Patch panels and wall plates can also be easily tested with the RJ45 adapter cable. RJ45-to-BNC adapters and BNC male-to-male gender changer are also included. Everything comes packaged in a convenient vinyl zippered case.

Main FeaturesTS-CTK-PROBE is an easy to use amplified inductor and tone probe that is compatible with most tone generators on the market. The TS-CTK-PROBE has a standard push button pause switch; to turn the probe on and off and conserve power when not in use. It also comes with adjustable volume (gain) control for enhanced accuracy, plus a composite tip for reducing the risk of shorting live terminals. When combined with the (optional) Team Solutions Tone Generating Cable Tester (TS-CTK-MNCT-RJT), it will permit a technician to quickly isolate, locate and test commonly used voice and data cables, enhancing efficiency.
